WHAT IS COVERED
Your item will be repaired or replaced (if repair is not possible) during the stated warranty period if you are the first purchaser/user of the product and there is a problem with any of the following:
The Frame is also covered under manufacturer warranty for a period of 6 months.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Please note that if you need a spare part for your purchased product that is not covered or outside the warranty period, we will do all we can to offer you the lowest cost replacement parts, even if we don’t hold it in stock, please just get in touch. All you have to do is to contact us and let us know what you need.
The following cases are not covered under the manufacturer warranty:
When the product or any of its components have been altered or modified by someone other than the manufacturer.
Wear-and-tear damage such as wheels, tyres, or battery lifespan.
Damage caused by product misuse or abuse like (but not limited to) dropping, a collision, doing tricks/jumps, grinding, abrasion or bad storage.
Damage caused by Water. Most of the scooters we stock have some level of proofing against wet conditions, but they are NOT water-proof.
Damage caused by overloading, over the designed maximum load.
Cosmetic damages such as (but not limited to) scratches.
When the warranty period has expired.
When the warranty or serial label is altered or removed.
Please keep your proof of purchase and provide it when reporting an issue. Please also ensure you include details of the problem and let us know what hapened and when. Any obvious problems should be reported immediately on the date you receive the product. Please include photographs where applicable.
